Ingredients:*Venison, ground, 3 oz (remove)Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)*Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)*Frito Lays Multigrain chips, 2 serving (remove)*Old el paso salsa - medium, .5 cup (remove)*Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded, 0.25 cup (remove)*McCormicks Taco Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp (remove)*Onion (raw), chopped, 3 tbsp (remove)
Cook ground venison with about 1/2 T olive oil, stirring in the taco seasoning mix. Place taco chips on your plate and layer all ingredients at your discretion. This is a very large individual serving.
