cabbage roll casserole

Ingredients
16 oz lean ground beef1/2 cup chopped onionblack peppersalt to taste1 clove garlic minced1 cup healthy choice spaghetti sauce3/4 cup water1/2 cup rice3 cups chopped cabbage
Directions
preheat ove to 325.
in a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef and drain off any fat. Add onions and garlic and seasoning - cook until onions are transparent.
stir in spaghetti sauce, water and rice.
put cabbage in a casserole dish - pour meat mixture over cabbage - cover and cook in over for 1.5 hours.
