Ingredients
3/4c splenda15oz (1 can) pure pumplkin12oz (1 can) fat free evaporated milk1/2c egg whites2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients in a baking (casserole) dish and mix well
bake for 45 min
serve warm or cold!

    you know, sometimes that happens to mine and sometimes it doesn't. i assume it's the water content in the pumpkin. perhaps a bit more egg whites, or even a little (dare i say) salt? i'll let you know if i figure out the trick! hope it tasted good anyways :-)
