1 c nonfat plain yogurt1/2 c chopped spinach (frozen/thawed or fresh/cooked), well drained and squeeze dried1/2 c canned water chestnuts, drained and chopped1/4 c chopped sweet white onionGarlic PowderSaltGround Black Pepper
In serving dish, stir together yogurt, spinach, water chestnuts and onion. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
