Crunchy Honey Mustard Salmon

4 salmon fillets4 T. honey mustard2/3 c. french fried onions
Preheat oven to 350
1. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry
2. Line metal sheet with foil for easy clean up and place salmon fillets on top, leaving at least 1 inch of space between each.
3. Spread 1 T. honey mustard over each fillet.
4. Divide french fried onions into 4 parts..
5. Crush onions (with rolling pin or in hand) and sprinkle on top of salmon fillets.
6. Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it flakes in the center.
Serves 4
Great with broccoli, green beans, or salad!
