Ingredients
8 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts5 10.5 oz cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 package of sliced mushrooms
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together Cream of Mushroom Soup (do not add water) with package of mushrooms in a 9x13 inch glass pan. Arrange the chickens in the pan and cover with the sauce.
Cook chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.

    This was delicious even with canned mushroom pieces (rinsed to decrease sodium content). I used frozen chicken breast and had to increase the cooking time quite a bit so I suggest defrosting the chicken before hand if you use frozen chicken. - 7/21/09
