Breakfast Egg Burrito

2 slices of salami cotto from oscar meyer chopped.5 cups of red bell pepper, chopped.5 cups of onions, chopped6 large eggs6 soft flour tortillas (6" mexamerica tortillas) 80 calories eachcanola oil spray
1. On a hot skillet spray with canola oil and add the chopped onions, peppers, and salami for about 2 minutes or until done.
2. Beat eggs, and once veggies are done and them to the egg mixture and use the same skillet to cook the scramble eggs.
3. On another skillet heat up flour tortillas for about 30 seconds
To serve this dish:
Each tortilla gets some of the scramble eggs,
You can add cheese but add the extra calories!!!
