8 egg whites8 oz fat free milk (or 8 oz vanilla almond breeze no sugar added)1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp vanilla1 splenda packet
Blend the egg whites, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and splenda with a hand mixer or blender until just slightly frothy. (I use a magic bullet.) Pour mixture into an 8 x 8 pan. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture. Let bread soak until slightly wet, but not soggy. Place bread on griddle over medium heat. Cook on each side until slightly browned. Serve with sugar free syrup. Nutrition info is for one piece of french toast.
