Low-fat Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 cup wheat flour4 tablespoons all purp flour.75 teaspoon splenda1/4 teaspoon baking powder1/8 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon margarine melted1 1/4 cup tablespoons applesauce + 2 tablespoons water1 egghandfull blueberries
Directions
Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls and mix well. Combine wet and dry and stir with whisk until smooth as possible. Pour small size pancakes into greased or non-stick skillet over medium heat and flip when bubbles pop. Keep checking underside periodically to ensure they don't burn!
