Slow Cooker Lasagna

1 pound of lean ground turkey, cooked and drained1 jar of spaghetti sauce1/2 of box no boil lasagna noodles, broken in half2 cloves of garlic, minced1/4 cup of dried oregano1/4 cup of dried basil1/2 cup onion1 cups of Mozzarella, made with 2% milk1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1. Spray slow cooker with olive oil cooking spray
2. Combine turkey, sauce, spices and onion in a medium sized bowl and mix well
3. Combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a small bowl
4. In the slow cooker, layer the turkey mixture, noodles and cheese.
5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hrs or high for 1-2 hours.
