Chicken Enchalada

Ingredients
1 LB - Chicken 1 Cup - Onion1 Cup - Sour Cream 8 - 8" Mossion Flour Tortilla1 Cup - Weight watchers mexican cheese1 Cup - Green Chile Sauce1 Can - Black OlivesPam Cooking Spray
Directions
Cut chicken in to small bit size, cook on med in pan with salt , pepper and onion, Take tortilla and put 2 tlbs of sour cream and a sprinkel of cheese on each one add the chicken mix to the tortillas, roll and put in a oven save pan, pour over the enchalada sauce and top with the remaining cheese and olives. Cook in oven @ 350 of 30 min or the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
