1- 6 inch banana, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries , Motts apple juice, and Ice
wash strawberries and bueberries before adding. Cut stems off of strawberries. To a blender add 2 cups of apple juice, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 banana sliced, 1 cup of sliced strawberries. Blend in blender on liquify setting. Add 1 half tray of ice to blender and crush in blender. Pour into glass and enjoy. Makes 6 8oz servings. If smoothie is to thick more apple juice may be added
