1 lb. Ground Bison 4 oz. Onion (fine dice)2 oz. Mushroom fresh (minced)¼ tsp. Garlic fresh (minced)1 oz. Feta cheese Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
• Mix all ingredients together and shape into eight patties
• Place on a pre-heated (med. high heat) grill and cook until desired doneness has been reached. (approx. cooking time is 10-15 minutes).

WHERESTHECATCH
This was really delicious, how could buffalo meat NOT be?! But we had a problem with them being crumbly, possibly because our meat was almost non-fat and we also used nonfat feta. We added worcestershire sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe and enjoyed these burgers. Just add binder! - 9/6/10
