Ingredients
Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Milk, 1%, .3 cup (remove)Feta Cheese, 1 oz (remove)Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Spinach, frozen, 100 grams (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)Scallions, raw, 1 large (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
Directions
Chop veggies and herbs. Mix cheese, eggs & milk. Add veggies and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake at 350 in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes or until brown on top. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
