Ingredients
2 Skinless Chicken Breast (butterflied)Ricotta cheeseShredded Mozzerella Basil (Dry)Garil (powder or salt)Sliced tomatoes (thin)Spice chicken breast with garlic and basic (dry)Bake in oven for about 18 min or until chicken starts to turn white.Take chicken out and put a layer of Ricotta cheese on top of chicken.Place slices of tomatoes on top of of cheese.Cover tomatoes with a little more Ricotta.Sprinkle with shredded Mozzerella.Bake in oven for another 8 min. (make sure cheese is melted)

    I haven't tried this either but you can obviously see that the servings were done incorrectly. This is at least a 2 person serving as mentioned the 2 pieces of chicken is for two people. - 7/20/09
