Preparation is easy and the finished product has excellent flavor. I will definitely make this dish again and again. One caution, however: If your taste does not run to very hot/spicy, consider reducing the amount of red pepper flakes by half or even three-fourths... - 8/11/09

This was really quick and easy to make. I was a bit worried when I saw the finished product, as it was kind of gluey looking. However, it tasted just right. I might reduce the corn starch when I make it the next time - and I WILL make it again! - 8/1/09

Made this dish last night but didn't have the shrimp on hand so I used boneless chicken breast we really loved it. - 4/9/12

There is NOTHING Mongolian about this dish. Mongolia is thousands of miles from the ocean, and nobody eats shrimp there. And they certainly would not eat those little white noodles either. - 4/28/11

Made this tonight and it wasn't very good. It was so spicy that you really couldn't taste the food. Even my boyfriend who likes really spicy food didn't like it. We felt like if we made it less spicy, it would be bland though. Probably won't be making this again. - 2/16/11

I am usually a disaster in the kitchen but this turned out great, my husband even ate seconds, and he usually hates my cooking. I will certainly be making this again. - 12/17/09

The recipe is good--my bf loved it! It was a little too spicy for me (even after reducing the red pepper by half). Also, there wasn't much sauce. The corn starch kind of stuck to the shrimp. But, as I said, the bf LOVED it. I'll try this again with a few modifications. - 11/10/09

We loved the flavor, but the texture was a little thick for us. I would not put all 4 tsp. of the cornstarch the next time...Maybe 2 tsp. We will make this again! I only put in 1 tsp. red pepper and it was just right! - 8/19/09

This dish was absolutely amazing! We had it over couscous (which my husband doesn't like) and it got him to eat EVERYTHING! Such a great recipe! - 8/7/09
