Nut Muffins

Ingredients
* **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/2 cup * * Protein Powder, 1/3 cup ( extremely low carb/cal) * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1/3 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Maple flavour, 1 1/2 tsp (optional) * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Salt, 1/4 tsp * Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves) * 1/4 cup water
Directions
1. combine all dry ingredients
2. combine all wet ingredients
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry - let mixture rest 5 minutes
4. spoon into 6 greased muffin cups
5. bake at 350 degrees 25 - 30 minutes
makes 6 muffins
