yougurt blueberry cake

Ingredients
Crust:Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Flour, white (can be whole wheat), 2 cup Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 medium Baking powder, 1 tblsBlueberries (can be other fruit), fresh, 3 cup On the top of cake (optional - more calories but tasty):Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup Flour, white, 1 cup icing Sugar, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients for crust together. Put the mixture into a baking dish (better is to put some oil and flower on the bottom or baking paper) and fruit on the top.

Fruit can be covered by mixture from flower, sugar and butter but it is optional - more sweet, more fat and of course, more callories:-)....

Baking in the oven for 30 - 45 min. at 310F (~160C).

For the baking dish 35x20cm you can make 15 cakes.
