Lowfat Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients
2 lbs of Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey1 1/2 pkg of lasagna noodles2 cups shredded lowfat sharp cheddar cheese1 1/2 pkgs of fat free cream cheese1 cup fat free sour cream2 - 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes1/4 c of tomato sauce1 or 2 oz red wine1 cup diced onion3 garlic cloves chopped upSpice to taste
Directions
Boil the lasagna noodles until soft. In another pan, cook the ground turkey, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and wine - spice to taste. In a bowl, mix room temp. cream cheese and sour cream. In a 9X13 baking pan layer noodles, hamburger mixture, and cream cheese mixture and repeat. At the end, sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
