Egg Beaters with Tomato and Zucchini

Ingredients
.5 cup Egg Beaters1 cup diced Tomato1 cup sliced Zucchini
Directions
Saute zucchini til soft or until desired tenderness. Add tomatoes and continue to saute. Add Egg Beaters and wait til it sets. Fold once. Serves 2.
