Turkey Meatballs (Can be gluten free)

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey 1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 egg, lightly beaten1 cup breadcrumbs ( I use 1.5 slices of Food for life brown rice bread)2 T. fresh parsley, finely chopped2 T. fresh basil, finely chopped2 T. fresh oregano, finely chopped3 cloves garlic minced1 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix bread crumbs, egg and spices. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Using a spoon scoop up mixture and shape into balls, placed on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes.
