1 whole wheat tortilla2 Tbsp hummus, any flavor (red pepper is the best)5-6 slices of cucumber2 thick slices of tomato1 leaf of romaine lettuce
lay the tortilla out, and spread the hummus over it. add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce on top. Role the tortilla up, and enjoy. Makes one wrap.
