Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce, 4 cup Garlic, 2 cloves, minced Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz *Spaghetti, dry, unenriched, 8 oz *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup Bay Leaves , 2Dried Basil, 2 tspsSeasoned Salt (to tasted)
Directions
To make the sauce, in a stockpot,combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, onions, garlic, parsley, seasoning salt, sugar,basil & bay leaves. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour. Crumble beef in saucepan. Cook & drain. Add beef to stockpot. Simmer another 20 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Cover the bottom of a 13 by 9 by 2 " pan with sauce. Add a layer of pasta, then half of the cheese; repeat layers ending with sauce. Bake at 250 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, return to oven, and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into squares.
