Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
2 pineapples, cored and chopped1 medium white onion, chopped1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped1/2 t salt 1 t chili flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and allow to combine overnight. Add more chili flakes (or the hot pepper of your choice) if you like it spicier!
