Ingredients
4 tomatoes, cooked1/2 an onion, chopped1 serrano chile, cooked1 garlic clove, chopped1 tbsp corn oilsalt to taste1/2 lb tortilla chipswater
Directions
Blend together the vegetables. Heat the oil in a pan and add the sauce. Let it simmer until well seasoned. Add a little water, salt, and the chips. Simmer 3 minutes and remove from heat. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
