1 can pineapple tidbits drained1 small box jell-o sugar free pistachio puddingfat free coolwhip--16 oz container1/2 cup chopped pecan1 cup mini marshmallows
Directions
Mix cool whip and pudding. Add all other ingredients one at a time, folding them in carefully. Serve chilled

    I love pistachio pudding and this was so good. I use my Northwestern 3 nut recipe - Roasted Walnut, pecan & Almond with a honey glaze and then with Sea Salt. I chopped that up and up it in. Yum! - 11/28/20
