crock-pot Lasanga

Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 can stewed tomatoes (pureed)1 can stewed tomatoes, no salt added, pureed1 can Diced tomatoes-no salt added1lb Ground turkey burger1-2 small/med zucchini, half moon slices1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese1/2 cup of parm cheeseSpinach, fresh, 2 cup, chopped6 Mushroom, sliced1 medium onion, diced2 garlic cloves, minced5 Ronzoni Whole Wheat LasagnaSpices to tastes, italian seasoning, garlic powder, crushed pepper flakes--whatever spices you enjoy!
Directions
Brown ground turkey, onions, and garlic in skillet over medium heat for about 5-6 minuets.

Add all ingredients but the lasagna noodles to crock-pot and let simmer on low for 6-8 hours.

Smash up lasagna noodles and cook as directed on package. Mix into Crockpot.

When serving top with mozzarella cheese (not included in nutritional info)
