Chicken Salad with Grapes, Apple, and Walnuts

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, bone and skin removed, shredded/chopped1 cup of chopped grapes1/2 cup of chopped onions1/2 cup of chopped walnuts1/4 cup of chopped apple4 tbsp of light mayo (more or less according to your taste)3 tsp salt1 tbsp pepper
Directions
Boil chicken for 1 1/2 hours with 1 tsp of the salt. While chicken is cooking, chop fruit, onions, and walnuts and mix together. Let chicken cool before removing skin and bones and shredding. Add the fruit and walnut mixture to chicken and then add mayo (to your liking) with the rest of the salt and pepper.
