Chicken and white wine orzo soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 large Garlic, 2 clove Carrots, raw, 3 carrotCelery, raw, 3 stalkParsley, dried, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp White Wine, 1/2 cupChicken Broth, 32 fl oz plus a cup if you need itChicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin orzo Pasta, 3/4 cup1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp rosemarrysalt pepper
Directions
In large pot on mediun low heat satuee onions carrots parsley rosemarry and celery in olive oil for about 10 minutes. salt and pepper to taste
add garlic and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes then add the white wine.
turn up the heat to hight and cook till veggies have asorbed all the liquid.
add chicken stock and bring to boil.
add lemon juice and chicken add more broth if you need to making sure the chicken is fully semerged in the broth.
reduce heat to a low simmer for about 1 and a half to 2 hours, till chicken is done.
take out chicken and shred put back in pot.
add orzo and cook for 7 nminutes.
take off heat and let cool or till orzo is tender.

makes 8 servings for 1 cup servings

    I had already cut the Rosemary and Parsley down to 1 Tbsp each but still found the Rosemary too over powering. I would make it again , but next time I wil reduce the Rosemary to a tsp. - 11/30/19
