*(2) Chicken Breast Tenderloins , Boneless , Skinless, 1 serving (remove)*Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 2 cup (remove)*Green Bell Pepper, Fresh, 1 serving (remove)Giant Eagle Four Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese, 1 cup (remove)Giant Eagle Mexican Style Salsa Medium, 16 tbsp (remove)
Prepare penne to al dente.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite-size pieces and saute. Once they are getting cooked through, add sliced/diced green pepper and salsa. Allow to come to a boil and then reduce heat. Add fully-cooked penne and mix. Top with cheese (allow cheese to melt). Serve!
