Quick Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
3 cups water3 cups beef broth *2 cups crushed tomatoes1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained *10 oz package frozen mixed vegetables1 medium onion, diced ½ tsp dried basil ½ tsp dried oregano salt and pepper, to taste* to keep it vegetarian, substitute vegetable broth and TVP (texturized vegetable protein) for the beef broth and ground beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 to 60 minutes.
