Ingredients
1 cup natural jif1 cup quick cooking quaker oats1 cup chocolate or vanilla whey powder1/2 cup sugar free syrup
Directions
Add all ingredients, stir and shape into 1 inch balls. I got 32 out of mine and that is what I used to calculate the nutritional information.
