Beach Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup of Splenda (or other artificial sweetener)2 Cups of self-rising flour(OR2 Cups of flour and 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt)4 Small Ripe Peaches, peeled1 Small Ripe Banana1/2 Cup Light Butter, softened3 Eggs
Directions
With a fork, mash the bananas and peaches and put in a bowl, set aside. To save time, you could eventually use a food processor.
Mix the Splenda, butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
Add the mashed bananas and peaches, mix well.
Add the flour and mix well.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour in the mixture.
Put pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 12 1/2 inch slices!
