Mexican Tortilla Lasagna

Ingredients
Old El Paso Taco Pie kit1 lb. ground bisonweight watchers mexican cheesewaterlettucetomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Crumble and brown the bison in a frying pan prepared with non-fat spray. In a 9" pie plate - layer 1 tortilla.

When bison is browned add 1 C of water and seasoning packet. Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until water is gone.

Put one scoop on tortilla and spread. Lightly dust with cheese, continue with layers until finished. End with meat & cheese.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm with lettuce, tomato and extra shredded cheese.
