Gluten-Free, Low-fat, Low-calorie Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
1 Package Pamela's Products Chocolate Brownie Mix6 oz container of Nonfat Plain Yogurt(or 1/2 cup apple sauce)2 Egg whites1/4 cup water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8" or 9" square pan with cooking spray.

2. Combine all ingredients enough to incorporate, batter will be thick. DO NOT OVER MIX!

3. Pour into pan, smoothing evenly to the edges. Bake for 18 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center of brownies comes out with slight crumbs.
