1 can - reduced sodium, 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1 can - 98% fat free cream of celery soup3oz - French Fried Onions19.2 oz - 97% fat free White Ground Turkey1 pkg - Tator Tots (793 grams) (defrosted)1can - Mexican Flavor Rotel180 grams - corn1 pkg - spinach (defrosted and drained)1/2 cup - waterTaco Seasoning to taste
1.) In large skillet, cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink add Rotel and Taco Seasoning to taste, add .
2.) In a large baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer the meat mixture, then the onions.
3.) In a bowl, combine the soups and water, pour over the onions.
4.) Top with tator tots
5.) Bake, uncovered for 60 minutesw.
