Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef1/4 c. onions1 egg1 slice white bread crumbs1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning2 tsp. worcestershire sauce2 slices white bread
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except 2 pieces of white bread. Spray loaf pan. Line bottom of loaf pan with the 2 pieces of white bread. Mold meatloaf into loaf pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until done. Drain liquid. Don't eat the white bread from the bottom, it is for catching fat.
Makes 5 servings.
