Carrot Cupcakes

Ingredients
2 c flour3/4 c sugar1 tbsp baking soda1 tbsp cinnamon2 eggs beaten lightly1/2 c applesauce1/2 c honey4 c shredded carrot
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and greased cupcakes tin.

Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Combine eggs, applesauce, honey, and carrots in medium bowl. Combine the two mixtures together.

Spread batter into the cupcake tin, and bake 20-25 minutes
