Plum Crumble, low fat, low sugar

Ingredients
1.5 cup plums, sliced0.25 cup oats0.33 cup flour4 tsp Brown Sugar Splenda Blend2 tbsp lurpak lighter
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 180C.

Place plums in the base of a baking dish.

Mix together the flour, oats and splenda blend, lightly rub in the lurpak lighter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the fruit.

Bake 20 - 30 minutes, or until the plums are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Serve.
