Stir-fried Zuchinni & Onions

Ingredients
2 cups sliced zuchinni (sliced thin)2 cups sliced onion (sliced thin)1 - 2 Tbsp olive oil ( I calculated for 2 Tbsp but usually use less)1 tsp jarred garlic (or 1 clove crushed)2 Tbsp Terriyaki Sauce
Directions
Heat olive oil is no stick skillet. Add zuchinni, garlic and onions and saute until onions are transparent and zuchinni is lightly browned. Add Terriyaki Sauce. Makes four 1/2 cup servings.

    really good, I have also used spring and zuchinni squash together and if on hand some grated savory cabbage, makes it interesting as well to toss in some roadted red peppers, adds color and a boost to the flavor. Fresh mushrooms added makes it a meal. - 4/14/10
