Banana Muffins (ONLY 100 CALORIES!!!)

Ingredients
* Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup * Brown Sugar, 3/4 cup, packed * Banana, fresh, 1 1/2 cup, mashed * *Egg white, 3 serving * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Salt, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Combine Applesauce, Sugar. Once done add mashed bananas, egg whites, and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients to bowl. Once all mixed put in muffin tins fill 3/4 full and if you want extra sweetness add chocolate chips or nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 20-22 min
Let cool and enjoy!!
