Ingredients
* Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, yields * Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup * *SunMaid Raisens, 0.5 cup * Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup large chips * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed * Honey, .5 cup * Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup * *Omega -3 Flax Oil, 1 tbsp * **Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
Directions
put brown sugar, honey, applesauce, omega oil, and flax seeds in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Combine oats, peanuts, raisins and chocolate chips in a bowl add boiled ingredients and stir till all combined. Put into a pan and refrigerate cut into bars.
