Zucchini-Dill Soup

Ingredients
4 med. Zucchini, scrubbed and cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices2 med. Onions, peeled and quartered4 cloves Garlic, left whole1/2 c. Fresh Dill, loosely packed6 c. Chicken BrothSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
In a soup pot, combine all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and let cook until the vegetables are soft, about 30 minutes. In batches, puree in a blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
