pesto chicken florentine

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil2 cloves garlic, finely chopped4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves- cut into strips,4 cups2 cups fresh spinach leaves1 4.5 oz pkge dry Alfredo sauce mix2 tbs pesto8 oz dry penne pasta1 tbs Parmesan cheese
Directions
heat oil in large skillet, med heat
add garlic, cook 1 min: then add chicken, cook 8 min or no longer pink, add spinach, saute together 4 min
meanwhile make Alfredo per directions, add 2 tbs pesto
cook pasta, al dente, rinse in cold water
add chicken mix to pasta, then mix in Alfredo sauce, top with cheese
enjoy!
