Cashew Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients
4 cans canned chicken breast (5 oz each)2 celery ribs, chopped1/2 red onion, chopped1/2 cup cashews, chopped2 tbsp light mayonnaise6 tbsp honey mustard1 tbsp red wine vinegardash pepper (to taste)1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheeselettuce6 flour tortillas (NOT included in calorie count)
Directions
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Layer (in this order) - tortilla, lettuce, chicken salad mixture (about 1 cup per serving), and sprinkle with cheese.
3. Fold wrap and enjoy!
