Corn Tortilla Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 jar salsa. 16 oz1 can diced tomatoes 141/2 oz1 pkg frozen corn, thawed12 corn tortillas 6 inch11/2 cups dhredded redueced fat cheddar cheese divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Brown meat with peppers in large skillet: drain. Return to skillet. Stir in salsa, tomatoes and corn, bring to boil.

Spoon 1 cup of the meat mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish; top with 6 tortillas, overlapping as necessary. Cover with half each of the remaining meat mixture and cheese: top with remaining tortillas and meat mixture. Cover with foil.

Bake 25-30 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
