Turkey Smoked Sausage, 8 oz 1 can Pinto Beans Success Brown Rice Boil-in-Bag one packetTeaspoon minced garliccajun seasoning (to taste)1/4 cup onions1/4 bell pepper
Directions
Brown sausage, onions bell pepper and garlic. Boil rice. Mix together beans rice and meat mixture add seasoning.

Serve with salad (not included in calories count)
