Low Cal Toasted Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
2 lg. boxes of jello sugar-fat free instant vanilla pudding mix6 cups nonfat milk1 container 8oz. cool whip free1 tsp vanilla1 cup packed coconut (toasted)64 animal crackers crushed110 sprays or 2 tbls I can't believe its not butter spray1 large spring pan
Directions
Mix pudding and milk in large bowl, refrigerated for 10 minutes.
Put coconut on foil on a cookie sheet in oven until it truns lite brown (turn with fork offten) 400'...let cool.
Crush cookies and put in bottom of spring pan, add 2 tablespoons butter spray and mix, press flat.
Fold 3/4 cups cocnut, collwhip, vanilla into pudding, pour into spring pan and top with remaining coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
