Ingredients
3 oz halibut, either smoked or baked.8 oz Neufchatel cheese (softened)2 Tbsp minced red onions1 Tbsp minced fresh dill2 Tbsp Horseradish
Directions
Flake your halibut, and mix together all ingredients. Simply delicious, and it serves 6-8 depending on on who gets ahold of it!

    I love this spread on EPI bread or a bagette slice but Whole Foods has altered their original recipe with more red onions for my taste. I sometimes omit the onions all together and enjoy the natural Halibut taste. - 5/9/10
