Rice Goulash

Ingredients
2 pounds extra lean ground beef16 oz tomato sauce1.5 C minute rice1 large can ranch style beans1 C chopped onion
Directions
Brown ground beef with chopped onion, drain. Add beans (do not drain), tomato sauce and rice. Add one sauce can of water to mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring as not to stick. Simmer on low 5 minutes. Serve. This will really fill you up without too many calories!! (makes 16 1-cup servings)
